Personalized Items

Because each custom-engraved stone is made specifically for you, personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned for a full refund provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • It is in resalable condition

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jerusalemeyes.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged

  • Please include your name and order number with any return

  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received

Orders are shipped from Israel via Registered Post, with tracking provided for every order.

    • Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days from the date of shipment

    • Large, oversized, or custom orders may require additional shipping time or fees. We will notify you in advance if this applies to your order.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services

    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, an additional shipping fee will apply
