Personalized Items:
Because each custom-engraved stone is made just for you, personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned—unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Non-Personalized Items:
You can return non-personalized items for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at jerusalemsymbols@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.

Return Conditions:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
