Non-personalized items can be returned for a full refund. All items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- If your item arrived damaged, please take photos of the damage. In this case, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Postage costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
- Please include your name and order number when returning an item. We recommend returning the item with a tracking number, as we’re not responsible for missing or damaged returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
